Refund policy

While we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents do happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note that these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Defective or damaged goods

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us that is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your print at info @ bsmithphotography. ch and our team will be happy to help you help. If we ask you to return the product to us, we will bear the cost of the return.

All prints must exactly match the products shown on our website. If you are unhappy with your print due to a misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at info@bsmithphotography.ch so that we can investigate further and arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you on a priority basis. Free, of course!

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or make changes to an order, up to the time your order has been shipped. In this case, we will refund you in the form of a store credit or a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation or modification will be possible. As we strive to send orders as quickly as possible, cancellation or modification requests should be made as soon as possible.

Change of mind

We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind or incorrect size choice.

We recommend that you take your time selecting the perfect print for your space - or don't hesitate to ask us for advice if you want a second opinion! Likewise, be sure to measure carefully. A good tip is to cut out a sheet of paper to the exact size of the print you envision and stick it to the wall. This will give you a really good idea of how the print will look in your space.
